Monitoring

we use a professional alarm center to give the customer the full benefit of having an alarm system monitored. The center in manned 24 hours a day 7 days a week, by personnel whose only job is to handle the alarm signals which are received on their receivers, and displayed on their computers. Their response is governed by the instruction, provided by each customer and recorded in their computer. Which is displayed at the time of a signal. There is basic monitoring of signals, or other services can be provided, such as open and close signal. This can be used to determine when your system is being turned on and off, and by which user if they are given different numbers. They also have the capability of receiving cellular radio transmissions, as a back up or as primary signal. All as customer options.
