We have access to a number of convenience and safty systems, some of which can be used as stand alone systems, or can be incorperated into a common control panel, for ease of monitoring, and display. Temperature Alarms - can monitor a freezer or walkin, for temperature rise or fall, to prevent loss of produce at times when you are away, or for critical items, such as medical supplies. They can also be used to monitor that the temperature is above freezing, to prevent water line breakage. Flood Sensors - can be used to keep track of a basement, to prevent the runover of the sump pump, and flooding and loss of property, associated with this problem. Or to detect a hot water heater, which begins to leak. And maybe even to determine if there is water coming in around walls, etc. Equipment Monitoring - we can tie into contacts provided by you the customer. Or add contacts to devices, such as pumps, compressors, engines, Water Level indicators on tanks, and any number of other possibilities. This can be sent to maintenance personnel, or to a neighbor, to have someone look in on the problem at hand. And prevent loss of property, or harm in any way from taking place. Driveway Alarms - these can be buried in the ground along side the driveway and announce when someone drives in. They can be ordered with 100 feet of cable attached, on up to several hundred feet, depending on your needs. They have a noise device on the unit, and also have contacts, which can be used to activate other noise or turn on lights. Carbon Monoxide Sensors - these can alert you to a deadly situation, before you are aware of it, by sounding an alarm local or by being tied into an alarm panel and sending signals to a monitoring company, and bring help if needed. A leaking flu from your furnace or hot water tank can lead to death or serious injury. |
